Appointments

  • Inital Consultation (phone) FREE

To get started, schedule an initial (free) phone consultation to learn more about the therapy process, ask any questions you have and make sure that I am the right fit for your needs. This first phone call usually lasts somewhere between 15 - 30 minutes.

  • Intake Session (video) $250

This is our first full session together. During this time we will review your history, current concerns and specific goals for therapy. While later sessions typically last for an hour, I protect 2 hours of time for this his initial session so that we are able to fully discuss what is important to you, answer any questions you have and set specific goals for our work together.

  • Individual Therapy (video) $170

All sessions after the intake will be individually tailored to your unique needs and focused on the goals you have set for therapy.

Together we can explore your unique story and set of experiences and how these relate to both your strengths and the obstacles you face. Based on the changes you want to see in your life, I can help provide practical coping skills, mindfulness techniques, and personalized strategies to help you enhance your overall well-being.

Once we have started working together, you will have access to a private client portal where you can schedule new appointments at times convenient to you, review payments and billing or message me using a confidential system. Individual therapy sessions are scheduled for 60 minutes and are provided via video conferencing using the Telehealth platform of TherapyPortal.

  • A note about Telehealth appointments...

While Telehealth (video conferencing or telephone) offers greater flexibility, it is important to consider some key logistics to enable a smooth and confidential experience.

    1. Make sure you have the technology needed to have a Telehealth session, such as a phone, computer or tablet with video and audio capabilities and strong internet connection.

    2. Find a space and choose a time when you can be free of outside distractions or interruptions. For example, while it may be tempting to have sessions while multitasking of driving, this not only detracts from the therapy process but is dangerous if the session interferes with your ability to safely drive. Instead, choosing a time and place in which you do not have other demands on your attention is critical to getting the most out of the therapy.

    3. An important element of therapy is feeling able to discuss sensitive topics knowing that you are in a private and confidential space. For this reason, you will want to make sure that you can join Telehealth sessions in a private space in which you will not be overheard or interrupted.
