Appointment Types

  • Inital Consultation (phone) FREE

    To get started, schedule an initial (free) phone consultation to learn more about the therapy process, ask any questions you have and make sure that I am the right fit for your needs. This first phone call usually lasts somewhere between 15 - 30 minutes.

  • Intake Session

    This is our first full session together. During this time we will review your history, current concerns and specific goals for therapy. While sessions typically last for an hour, I protect 90 minutes for this initial session so that we are able to fully discuss what is important to you, answer any questions you have and set specific goals for our work together.

  • Individual Therapy

    All sessions after the intake will be individually tailored to your unique needs and focused on the goals you have set for therapy.

    Based on the changes you want to see in your life, I can help provide practical coping skills, mindfulness techniques, and personalized strategies to help you enhance your overall well-being.

  • Where?

    Intake and therapy sessions are offered in-person at the Fort Collins office (401 Mason Ct) or online via Telehealth.
