Your Privacy Matters
At the heart of effective therapy is trust—and trust begins with privacy. As your therapist, I want you to know that your confidentiality is one of my highest priorities. I understand that the information you share with me can be deeply personal, and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive space where you feel respected, protected, and heard.
In addition to my standard practices for maintaining confidentiality, I also offer an advanced privacy option for clients who wish to keep their information offline. There are many reasons why you may feel concerned about your data being viewed by outside payors or third parties (like health insurance). In times of great technological developments and a changing political landscape it may be helpful to know you have an option to add an additional level of security to your private information.
If you’d like more information about my privacy policies or how your information is handled, I encourage you to reach out for a consultation. I'm here to support you fully and transparently.
